Morplan

This project involved the refurbishment of old heat transfer printing machines and the retrofit of modern PLC control. This was done to improve speed and reliability and to ensure conformity over a range of machines that had been supplied over a number of years. Printing at a rate of 2 pieces per second required careful timing and analysis of high speed video footage to ensure reliability at speed. These machines have processed over a million products since delivery.
